Designed by Janusz Langner, Y is rooted in the philosophy of Danish design – functional, timeless and created for everyday living. Its understated character allows it to work across a wide range of interiors, while an exceptionally extensive range of products and finishes makes it possible to tailor the fittings precisely to individual needs. Y has long remained one of OMNIRES’ most versatile collections.
DESIGN FOR EVERYDAY LIVING
At the heart of Y is the belief that good design should be a natural part of daily life. Its form is calm and timeless, allowing the interior to express its own identity rather than imposing one upon it.
Inspired by the Danish design tradition, this approach brings together functionality, material quality and everyday comfort in one coherent whole – design made to be lived with.
The design grew out of my fascination with Danish design, where functionality, material quality and everyday comfort are just as important as form itself.

ONE COLLECTION, MANY INTERPRETATIONS
Y is OMNIRES’ most extensive bathroom fittings collection, comprising more than 350 products in eleven finishes. Different mixer heights, spout lengths, configurations and installation options allow each solution to be tailored to the basin or bath, the spatial layout and the specific requirements of a project.
Colour plays a particularly important role in Y. Eleven finishes give the same form entirely different expressions – from neutral polished chrome and brushed nickel to warm gold, brass and copper, as well as graphite, black and white. A single, consistent design language can therefore complement interiors of widely differing characters: understated, decorative, classic or distinctly contemporary.
