If you want to withdraw from the contract and return a purchased product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions; the detailed rules and the return procedure are described in the Terms and Conditions.

If you have an OMNIRES account, sign in and go to the “Orders” tab. Select the order, click “Return selected products” and follow the instructions. If you bought without signing in, request the return using the return form available on the website.

The customer bears the direct cost of sending back the returned products. This also applies to products that require freight transport.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

The right of withdrawal does not cover, among other things, products made to order or to the customer's specifications, including products clearly tailored to the customer's individual needs. Detailed rules and exclusions can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
