I hereby consent for my personal data to be processed by OMNIRES Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000088578 for purposes related to handling my inquiry, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Acts of 2018 item  1000) and with the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). The data will be processed throughout the entire period of cooperation or over the period of time required to process the enquiry concerned. Provision of the consent is voluntary. I am aware that I may access my data in order to rectify and erase these, and to remand that their processing be restricted due to my specific situation, and that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time.
